Exercise: 30 Mins Crosstrainer

I had enough time this morning to organise my exercise stuff so that I could get to the gym at lunchtime.

Jumped on the cross trainer as I haven’t used it for ages and wanted to do a HIIT session, so I started with a 5 minute warm up, followed by 20 minutes of HIIT (8 seconds fast then 12 seconds recovery) with a 5 minute cool down. 🙂

There was hardly anybody in the gym, which was great.

Sitting here now, I am very aware of my sore groin. Now, where’s that ice!! 🙄
