Exercise: 30 Mins Power Walk (Treadmill), 20 Mins Cross Trainer (7’s Blue)

Made myself get up and get down the gym this morning. I feel tired and sluggish. It was relatively quiet down there too, probably because it’s school holidays.

I’ve started a manual diary which keeps note of what I eat, how much I weigh and what exercise I do each day. I keep it in my bag so that I don’t forget anything. Not sure what I want to achieve from keeping the diary, but it’s good to write everything down. I think it was Em that said by writing everything down it keeps you a bit more honest 😳

I’m going to book a doctor’s appointment to get a referral to get a blood test to get my hormone levels checked. I’m really starting to despair about this extra weight I’m carrying.
