Exercise: 7.2km Run/Walk – FTG National Park – Supanovas

Had a great workout today. Met Michelle at the carpark of the FTG National Park. We walked up the Lyrebird Track (which is the track next to the 1000 steps). I was really chuffed (not puffed!!) that I didn’t have to stop once on the way up. I’m hoping it’s all the squats and lunges I’ve been doing that have strengthened my legs.

We then ran back down the long way.

It was great to catch up with Michelle. Even though I saw her last week it’s been ages since we had a proper girly gas bag :D
